Return/Refund

• Items should be returned with original packaging and unopened if bought in error
• Returns made for non-defective merchandise will be charged a 15% restocking fee
• No refund for after 30 days of receipt for items bought in error
• Refund will be made within 5 working days upon receipt of the returned item
• Defective items will be replaced. Warranty for items is 1 year. The warranty will replace the defective part and not the whole package. Please keep all packaging intact for this period if possible. If returning a single component then please just send the faulty component.
• In all cases, buyers pay shipping fees at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund of unopened products. We will be responsible for the postage of replacements.

Notes

• We reserve the possibility that some products may become out of stock in a short period of time (in rare occasions). We will contact you immediately by email if this happens. If you confirm that you are able to wait for the order (usually within 4-5 days), we will send the backorder to you when it is in stock. If not, we will issue a full refund at once.
